CATALYST OPTIONS for an extra cost
This cat pipe can be built catless or with a high-flow catalyst — pick the cell count below; the price depends on the option.

Cell = cells per square inch of the catalyst core: fewer cells, more flow and more sound. Check the emission rules where the car is registered before choosing catless.
HOW THE VALVE WORKS quiet on cruise, loud on demand
Valve closed - gases travel through the muffler for an OEM-quiet cruise. Valve open - the straight-through path opens as well, so gases flow through both routes for full sound. Our valves are built for your car's FACTORY valve motors, so the system keeps working from the original exhaust button on your dashboard; when a remote control kit is included, you can switch the sound on or off at any moment.
HOW YOUR EXHAUST IS MADE
From a 3D scan of the car to the last weld in our 20,000 m² exhaust factory — the full process, so you know exactly what you are ordering.
-
013D scan and CAD design
The underbody, the factory exhaust and every hanger, flange and bolt hole are captured with a handheld 3D laser scanner at 0.1 mm accuracy. Engineers then route the new system through the scanned model — pipe diameters, X-pipe and valve position, muffler volume, tip placement — and check clearance to the body, driveshaft and heat shields before any metal is cut.
-
02Prototype, test fit and CNC fixtures
A prototype is built from the CAD data and bolted onto a real car on the lift: hangers, flanges, tip position and clearances are checked in place. Once the fit is approved, CNC-machined fixtures (jigs) are cut, so every production unit is welded in exactly the same geometry as the approved prototype.
-
03CNC mandrel bending
Tubes are bent on 9-axis CNC mandrel benders straight from the computer data: constant inner diameter through every bend, no kinks, no wrinkles — the gas flows as freely as the CAD model says it will.
-
04Robotic laser cutting
Bent tubes, flanges and muffler shells are trimmed by robot laser — clean square edges that meet with no gaps, which is what makes a weld seam strong and even.
-
05Hand TIG welding — titanium and stainless
Every joint is TIG-welded by hand in the fixture. Titanium is the demanding one: the seam and the inside of the pipe are shielded with argon (back-purged), because titanium that touches air while hot turns brittle. Done right, the weld stays clean and the heat around it leaves the gold-to-violet colour bands you see on the photo.
-
06Seam and leak check
Each seam is inspected — even “stack of dimes” beads, full penetration, no pinholes or undercut — and the assembly is checked for leaks, because a leaking joint whistles, loses back-pressure and fails early. Then it goes back into the fixture: flange faces, hangers and tips must sit within tolerance, or the part does not leave the bench.
-
07We can laser your logo
Your logo, club name, car name or a build number can be fiber-laser engraved on the tips, the muffler or a heat-shield plate. The mark is burnt into the metal, not printed, so it survives heat and washing. Send us a vector file (SVG, AI, PDF) or a clean PNG with your order.
-
08Finishing and packing
Titanium and stainless steel are finished differently — the options for each material are below. Then the system is packed with all clamps, gaskets and brackets and the valve control kit — ready to bolt on.
Titanium systems

Natural titanium
Burnt gold
Burnt violet
Burnt blue Stainless steel systems

Polished
Brushed
Ceramic coated
Neo-chrome (PVD) -
09Dyno and sound tuning
New designs are validated on in-house test cars on a 1200-HP Italian dynamometer: back-pressure, power curve and the valve logic are tuned so the car cruises drone-free with the valves closed and gives the full note with them open.
Professional installation required.
