SPECIFICATIONS

• Any design. Forged monoblock construction in any spoke layout — 3, 5, 6, 7, 10 or multi-spoke, Y-spoke and twin-spoke patterns, with optional drilled or milled spokes, weight-saving pocket cut-outs and carbon fiber accents. We can also reproduce a design from your own sketch or from a photo.
• Any size. Offered in diameters from 16" to 34", with fully customizable rim width, offset, hub width and axle diameter. Built for both single-sided and double-sided swingarms, with provisions for ABS sensor rings and cush-drive assemblies where required.
• Extensive range of premium finishes. Available in brushed, polished, satin or gloss clear, dual-tone, precision-machined or milled accents, as well as advanced chrome options (including gold and black chrome) and electroplated chrome. Each finish undergoes a multi-stage surface preparation process, followed by clear-coat or tinted-clear applications to ensure depth, durability, and long-term corrosion resistance.
• 3D wheel renders are provided according to the exact dimensions and specifications requested by the client, ensuring proper fitment for their motorcycle prior to production approval.
• 6061-T6 aerospace-grade forged aluminum, engineered for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and long-term durability. Forged blanks billets are produced using high-pressure forging (up to 12000 tons), a process that refines the grain structure and minimizes porosity for maximum integrity.
• Magnesium material option: wheels can also be manufactured in forged magnesium — an ultra-lightweight motorsport material prized for reducing unsprung mass and improving acceleration, braking and steering response.
• Strict Quality Control: dimensional inspection; radial/lateral runout and roundness; balance verification; finish inspection. Precision CNC machines, which are calibrated frequently to guarantee absolute accuracy and consistency.
• Complete and ready to bolt on. Wheels are supplied with bearings installed and are engineered around your OEM brake discs and calipers, ABS sensor ring, sprocket carrier, cush-drive rubbers and axle spacers. Performance hubs, solid or floating brake rotors and sprocket carriers are available as options.
• Every wheel is balanced and inspected before shipping, and all products are strictly controlled and tested in accordance with international quality standards.
