Forza Performance Group engineers and builds each set of custom made-to-order forged wheels individually for every specific customer. This means we not only produce the desired wheel design but also provide all the necessary sizes. All of our wheels can be manufactured to suit your car specifications, offering a diverse range of diameters from 15 to 30 inches.

  • We manufacture wheels from 6061-T6 forged aircraft grade aluminum under 12000 ton press pressure.
  • We design wheels according to the weight and parameters of your car.
  • We balance our forged wheels prior to shipping to the client.

Every set starts as a 3D render built to your car’s exact numbers, and nothing is machined until you approve it.

TRUE FORGED BLANKS AND CNC MILLED

Each 6061-T6 blank is ultrasound-checked, pressed under up to 12,000 tons and T6 heat-treated for real strength.

PERFECT ROUNDNESS AND BALANCING

Every wheel is checked for radial and lateral runout and balanced to spec, so it runs true at any speed.

FEA TESTED

We use FEA testing to verify your wheel can safely handle your vehicle’s weight and expected loads.
