Forza Performance Group Team is always ready to help you. If you experience any issue with your wheels, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation and help find the best possible solution. We value every customer and never leave our clients without support. Forza Performance Group is responsible for the quality and wheel compatibility to the required vehicle specifications.
Forza Performance Group is responsible for the quality of its forged wheels and their compatibility with the vehicle specifications provided and confirmed at the time of order.
Under proper use, installation, and maintenance, we guarantee that the wheels will retain their structural integrity, consumer properties, and technical characteristics. The wheels shall not develop cracks, metal defects, or partial or complete structural failure caused by manufacturing defects.
Our warranty covers the following:
- Guaranteed fitment to the vehicle specifications;
- Proper wheel roundness;
- Excellent wheel balance;
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal road use;
- Structural defects such as cracks, breaks, or structural failure caused by a confirmed manufacturing issue.
If a wheel is found to have a confirmed manufacturing defect, Forza Performance Group may, at its sole discretion, repair, refinish, or replace the wheel. Custom-made forged wheels are non-refundable
Warranty Claim Procedure
To confirm a warranty case, photo and/or video evidence of the defect or damage is required.
Shipping damage is handled separately through the shipping carrier and must be reported immediately upon delivery. If the wheels are damaged during transportation, the customer must file a claim or damage report with the shipping company and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged wheel.
All wheel sets are shipped in protective boxes, and each wheel is carefully inspected before dispatch. We take packaging quality seriously to help ensure safe delivery.

Warranty Exclusions
We guarantee that the wheels will be delivered to the customer without paintwork damage, visible coating defects, or factory finish imperfections. After delivery and installation, the warranty does not cover any defects, damage, or changes in paint, powder coating, clear coat, brushed, polished, or any other factory finish.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, road hazards, potholes, curbs, road debris, racing, drifting, off-road use, overloading, improper installation, incorrect hardware, unsuitable fasteners, spacers, adapters, vehicle modifications, wheel modifications, drilling, boring, refinishing, harsh chemicals, road salt, brake dust corrosion, improper cleaning, improper storage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
This warranty applies only to defects confirmed by Forza Performance Group as manufacturing defects. Any damage resulting from improper use, external impact, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or conditions beyond our control is not covered by the warranty.
Every forged wheel by Forza Performance Group is made with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer confidence.
Return Policy
Each wheel order is uniquely tailored to each vehicle, ensuring a precise and customized fit. Forza Performance Group is not responsible for any incorrect fitment data provided by the customer or a third party. Due to the bespoke nature of these wheels, all forged wheel orders are considered final upon purchase. As a result, returns, exchanges, or modifications cannot be accommodated under any circumstances. We strongly recommend verifying all fitment specifications before placing an order to ensure complete satisfaction with your custom wheels.
We have a 14-day return policy for forged wheels bought from our stock list, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Product must be returned in new resalable condition, as it was delivered. Products should be insured for full value through your chosen carrier to cover any damage sustained during return shipping. Products must be returned with all original packaging in place as well as with all accessories. CARDBOARD CANNOT DIRECTLY TOUCH THE FACE OF ANY WHEEL OR IT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that all items are properly secured and packaged to avoid damage during the return trip. Any accessories should be packaged and secured inside the return box (lug nuts, center caps, etc.). We will not accept returns that have been used or improperly repackaged. If an item is returned damaged NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
